KEY INSIGHTS
WELLBEING
Endless coastline and sunshine don’t necessarily translate to more active lifestyles.
While more than seven in 10 West Australians say they eat enough healthy food and three in five (62%) say they get enough sleep most days, fewer keep up with exercise. Barely half (48%) say they work out with the same consistency.
Less than half (44%) say they are satisfied with the extent to which they feel part of a community.
